Elevated revocation propagation latency in us-east
A configuration rollout increased p99 revocation propagation to ~1.8s for a subset of realms in us-east. Validation and issuance were unaffected. Rolled back; propagation returned to baseline. Resolved in 22 minutes.

Dashboard sign-in delays
The management dashboard experienced slow sign-ins for ~14 minutes due to an upstream SSO provider. The token issuance and validation APIs were fully operational throughout. Resolved.
